1. APP OPERATOR AND CONTACT

2. OVERVIEW
LabelCove is an offline label and sticker design utility. It helps you create, edit and manage printable labels, price tags, storage labels, QR codes and Code 128 barcodes. Its core features do not require an account, remote server or internet connection.
3. INFORMATION YOU ENTER OR GENERATE
When you use the App, you may enter project names, label text, descriptions, SKUs, code values, optional prices, quantities and layout preferences. The App saves these records locally on your device using an Android database. It also keeps on-device settings, such as theme, preferred paper size, selected country and onboarding status, along with local export-history details. These are used to display, edit, generate and organize your labels.
4. DATA COLLECTION AND SHARING
In the current version, the App does not include account registration, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs or a cloud backend, and does not automatically upload your label records to CLEANING BROTHERS GLH LLC. The App does not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS or call logs. Information stays on your device during ordinary label creation and editing unless you choose to export, print, share or send it using another application.
5. QR CODES AND BARCODES
The App generates QR codes and Code 128 barcodes on the device from values you provide. Generating a code does not automatically visit the encoded address or transmit the value over the internet. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the contents you put in a code or label.
6. CSV IMPORT, PDF EXPORT AND PRINTING
If you import a CSV document, you choose the file through Android's document picker. The App reads that selected document to create local label records. When exporting a PDF, the generated document is saved to the location you select. Android printing or sharing may hand the document to a printer service, document provider, email application or another app that you choose; their handling of that document is governed by their own practices. The App does not automatically send files to the developer.
7. MANUAL BACKUP AND RESTORE
You may create a local backup file containing your label projects or select a backup to restore. Backup files are stored wherever you choose, including storage providers presented by the Android system picker. Manual backups and exported documents are not separately encrypted by this App. Protect and delete those copies according to your own needs.
8. PAYMENTS AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
The App does not process payments, card details, bank credentials or financial transactions. Price values are informational content on user-created labels. Please avoid adding sensitive personal information to labels, QR codes or backup files unless you intend to store and potentially share that content yourself.
9. DATA SECURITY
The App relies on Android's normal application-storage isolation for its internal records. No separate end-to-end encryption of your project database or exported files is claimed. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or a file you deliberately export may be able to view the content, depending on device and file-access controls.
10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Projects and local export-history records are retained on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data or uninstall the App. You can delete individual projects or use the in-app data-clearing option. Theme and similar preferences may remain until App data is cleared. PDFs, CSV source files and backup files saved outside the App are not removed when you delete a project or uninstall the App; remove them separately from their saved locations. Automatic Android app-data backup is disabled in this build.
11. SUPPORT EMAIL
If you tap the App's support contact action, it prepares an email using an installed mail application. No email is sent automatically by LabelCove. If you choose to send an email, your message and email address will be handled by your mail provider and received by the support contact; include only information you wish to share.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
LabelCove is a general-purpose label design tool and is not specifically directed to children. The App does not provide a child account or an online social feature.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If the App's data practices materially change, this policy will be revised to describe the new functionality. The latest version should be made available within the App and on the developer's public privacy-policy page.
